“We needed some structural and moisture remediation work (including installing a sump pump, french drains, etc) in the tight crawlspace of our newly purchased older home. After a good bit of research, we decided to go with Rob and his crew at Triangle. They gave us a thorough and competitive quote, and were also able to accommodate a tight schedule. Rob kept us updated, in person and by phone, throughout the project. There was a “hiccup” early on, and Taylor worked hard - and afterhours - to address it. Phew! When Rob inspected the work at the end, he noted there was some new bowing in the floors, and has agreed to have folks come out to resolve that. So appreciate the thoroughness, responsiveness and communication of Rob and the Triangle team!”

“Triangle Reconstruction addressed our crawl space moisture problem by placing an interior French Drain and replacing and upgrading the crawl space vapor barrier. They also placed an external French Drain to divert water away from the foundation and repaired 2 sites with damage. They were excellent to work with from assessment to estimate to completion of the actual work. Quality of work was excellent and price was reasonable. The work crew was amazing. They were hard-working, detail-oriented, neat and pleasant to work with. “Very impressed with these guys and will work with again if needed. Was seeing worsening dry wall cracks, nail pops, door sticks, squeaking floors inside. Got quotes from 5-6 contractors to give me a plan to fix — range was up to $50k to “fix.” Ended up getting my own structural engineering report as I had no idea who to trust. Problem was water intrusion from a wall in the crawl space, coupled with gutters failing during heavy rain, putting stress on the piers. Went with Triangle Reconstruction as they had a price-competitive bid, but they really took the time to work through options and didn't try to upsell me, and honestly recommended against certain options I was willing to do. The job ended up being to install a French drain and sump pump in the crawl space to divert water intrusion. Quoted 2-3 days, done in 1. Installed a vapor barrier throughout — looks great. Happy with the quality of work and competitive price. Appreciate the communication and quick turnaround time. Highly recommended.”

When I settled on this house it was encapsulated but had no dehumidifier, and I have a child allergic to mold, so we did a lot of preventative work in the crawlspace.
